We offer two convenient shipping options to get your chic jumpsuits, activewear, and fashion essentials to you as quickly as possible:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Please note: We currently do not ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase from our collection of jumpsuits, active sets, and fashion pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a return authorization number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Return the items in their original condition with all tags attached, using the original packaging if possible.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Philadelphia location using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Swedish Stockings Jill Premium Bike Shorts (final sale)
- Any activewear bottoms marked as “final sale”
All sale items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
