At Simon Miller Fashion Shop, we design our returns policy with the same attention to detail we apply to our contemporary collections. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with urban-professional efficiency.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections (excluding certain products). All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Including all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The Simple Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our style concierge at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery (see template below).
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number visible on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.

Copy and paste this template to initiate your return:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size or color changes):

  1. Follow the same steps as returns, specifying “Exchange” in your request
  2. Indicate your preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Our shipping error (wrong item received)
  • Defective/damaged item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as non-returnable during checkout
  • Personalized/Custom Items: Including monogrammed pieces

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • Follow the same return process
  • You are responsible for any customs/duties fees on returned items
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
